well it's normally a case of them not being a trustworthy relay, but you might wish to provide some more information about what you're really experiencing (and try a please / thank you)
when configuring postfix there is the line where u define your relay host, the hostname is provided to me by the service provider. oflate blacklisting sites like njabl.org have been blacklisting this relay host. who has the problem my network or my service provider?
