Question Problems with XF86, chip VIA KM400, Monitor Samsung 551v, Slackware 8.0

I have problem with xf86config, VIA KM400 isn't supported in
video card database. I tried with some list's cards but don't work.
What can Ido?

Not remotely a pundit, just saying what I'd do: run the program 'superprobe' and put its output into x....config. Probably an idiotic suggestion, but all that occurs to me.
