Matrox, XF86 and Slackware 9.1 problems

Hi.
I've a "little" problem configuring XF86 with Slack.

I've a Matrox Millennium G550 DualHead, one CRT monitor and one LCD monitor. Before, I had installed Mandrake 9.1, and all worked fine. Now the Xserver doesn't start. Here are some files and messages. The errors are about my videocard and my mouse (Logitech First/Pilot Wheel on PS/2). I've installed fluxbox as window manager.
Does someone may help me to find where is the error?
Thank you very much.
