The USBAV-190 (06e1:a190 ADS Technologies, Inc. Instand VCD Usb Capture) uses the spca50x driver for the video stream. I'm not sure how the audio stream is supposed to work.

However, it's not working for me. The video portion locks up any V4L application in Linux, and in Windows, either the video doesn't work or the audio level is too high.
