piranha problem

Hello, I have a piracha to balance the access to 8 servers throw 2 virtual ips, 4 server for each one. The problem is that only for one virtual ip there is not access to its 4 servers, when I restart the piranha it works for a moment but then the access is lost. Please give me an idea what i can check in order to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
