Question How to access a piranha cluster from within?

I have a piranha cluster of two chiefs and three nodes. The cluster is mainly for printing (I run Cups on all nodes) and all is fine.

The problem is that one printer never change node (it's like it has a persistent connection that refuses to go down no matter what I do). This might not really be that much a problem as long as I can redirect the print job from the node to the cluster (to another print queue) again and by doing so get the jobs to all three nodes evenly. Here is the problem though, it seem I can't get any response from the cluster when I'm accessing it from a node. It is the same if I set up a web-cluster, I can access it from the outside but get no response if I try to browse to it from a node. Anyone know of a way to allow me to access the cluster from within?

All nodes have access to the external network so they can reach other servers without problem.
