phpMyAdmin doesn't appear after successful intsall

Hello all,

I have just installed phpmyadmin using "yum install phpmyadmin" and it installed successfully.

I wasn't able to find it when i pointed my browser to http://xx.xx.xxx.xxx/phpmyadmin. So I made a symbolic link to "/etc/phpMyAdmin" and this just shows the "config.inc.php".

How can I fix this?

Run...
rpm -ql phpmyadmin

...to see where the files were installed, there's probably more outside of /etc/

Also, look in the apache error logs, it maybe in /var/logs/apache2/error.log
but it depends on your distro.

Is PHP actually installed? As apache should process any files ending .php if it is? Also check you have MySQL running and the php-mysql module too, but I would have thought these would have been dependancies, worth checking you got them before going head on running after multiple files tho.
