PHP programming in ubuntu 8.04


I'm using ubuntu 8.04
I want to know what do I need to insatall to do PHP programming

You need to install PHP, Apache, MySQL for basic php programming. You can get it through synaptic. You may also want to look at some editors for the purpose. Quanta Plus is good. If you need framework, you can look out for friendly php framework.

I find Bluefish very php friendly and use it for my programming a lot.
