Partitioning layout?

I'm finally deciding to get rid of my home windows install since it is crashing a lot. I used to dual-boot with FC2 a lot but that was a long time ago. As I have backed up all my important stuff I'm going to use all 160gb of hdd space (2x 80gb).

I'm going to be using Debian (already installed it once but I need to do a fresh install as it is fairly old and I don't feel like updating it and a fresh install would be good)

Only thing I need is a good way to partition this off.... Any ideas or suggestions?
