Question os inquiry

hi
i am currently using rhel.but i want to experience other linux flavours.
i want to know is there any installation priority among linux versions like you have to install rhel first and then ubuntu.i want to keep both rhel and ubuntu and probably mint in future too.
also, would it be better to switch from rhel to fedora?

The only thing that I can think of off hand is that some distributions are starting to use GRUB 2 while others are still using the original GRUB. They are somewhat different.

My suggestion would be "if you are used to something that works for you keep it"Now as for dual booting you can install Ubuntu next to RHEL and from there you can decide which to boot to

There is also those using Lilo as well. So depending on where you install grub/lilo and in what order, you may have to manually configure some files. but it will all work

As far as using fedora, i am a big fan of fedora, but i am also branching out to debian based distros (debian, mint, etc) and minimal distros (arch, slack). i think its a good idea try a few out to see what you like.
Its all a personal preference from here =)
