Hi

just installed opensuse 10.1 which I know nothing about. I know this is the newbie bit but some seem to know much more than others and I really know next to nothing about suse, please know that before replying.

My problem:

I have Suse dual booted with XP home and whenever I restart the other the screen offsets leaving an ugly black space along the right side.

In SaX2:X11 configuration:

Possible Useful Info: ATI 9800 pro graphics card given as ATI R350 NH, Sony monitor with same name as model.

Is ATI R350 NH code for ATI 9800 pro or is the graphics card not installed. How can I get my screen back to how it should be?
