online chat window problems (lycos, etc. seems to effect all of them)
Whenever i log onto a chat everything seems ok apart from the scrolling. It just keeps jumping to the top of the chat so that i have to keep dragging down to see the live chat.
I can't seem to sort it out. On Windoze the window stays glued to the bottom of the text which is perfect, but i don't want to use Windoze!
Maybe you should tell us what programm you are using to chat.
Otherwise helping you would be a bit dificutl as there are at leats 100 chat programms....
I'm just using the online chat, for example i would log onto Lycos and then the chat which opens the chat software online.
I don't know about any particular chat program
I'm using Mandrake 10.1 for AMD64.
Also does anyone know of a distro which supports the 3D acceleration on my ATI Radeon 9600. Mandrake picks up the right card, configured as Radeon(fglrx) but still no 3d. I've also tried Fedora, Slackware, Ubuntu and Suse, all of which fail to work.
