Ns 2 File or directory doesnt exit.


Hi everyone,
I am new to this group and also new to NS. I have installed ns 2.32 in my system. When i try to run simple programs from Marc Greis tutorial, i am gettin the following error:"

couldn't read file "file name" :no such file or directory

Please reply back as i am unable to go forward in this tutorial

Either "filename" is not in your path, or it is not installed.
Look for "filename" and see.

Will echo work?

echo $PATH

However: I don't know what you mean by NS. The only NS I know of is this network simulator. This is not an OS. So what OS are you running it on and how did you install ns.
