> Warning: Could not resolve keysym XF86CameraAccessToggle
> Warning: Could not resolve keysym XF86NextElement
> Warning: Could not resolve keysym XF86PreviousElement
> Warning: Could not resolve keysym XF86AutopilotEngageToggle
> Warning: Could not resolve keysym XF86MarkWaypoint
> Warning: Could not resolve keysym XF86Sos
> Warning: Could not resolve keysym XF86NavChart
> Warning: Could not resolve keysym XF86FishingChart
> Warning: Could not resolve keysym XF86SingleRangeRadar

Errors from xkbcomp are not fatal to the X server

Your post is kinda confusing. You show startx desktop errors and mention going from chrome to Kali.

Just letting you know you might get a lot non responses in this thread. Thread title kinda defeats search terms also
for folks with the same problem. Search term " chrome to kali " in a browser to see what I mean.

If you're that much of a noob, you shouldn't be using Kali anyway. Kali is a highly specialised system for penetration testers, not a playground for noobs.

But in any case, these are warnings, not errors. They shouldn't be fatal.
