need help to cache a web to squid web proxy


what should i do to cache a url like this and how to write refresh_pattern for url like this :

Why don't you try searching on google? What I searched on Google is all this:
http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/config/refresh_pattern/
http://etutorials.org/Server+Adminis...fresh_pattern/
These links may help you defining your rule for refresh_pattern. You can also refer some squid server book to go through the acls.

thanks for replay,

for normal file extension i successed cache them, but for extension with "?" always misslike this file :
