Squid Web Proxy Cache


Dear All,
Squid servers cache size on disk automatically increasing and decreasing, how I would resolve this issue?

Are you sure this is an issue ?
Normally, cache size may increase/decrease automatically.

...because it does not need that much space to store everything that it has to store.

You can use the directives in squid.conf to reduce this behaviour, but another way of describing this is to 'reduce squid's performance'.
