My MP3 Player have problem.help me


I downloaded xmms-mp3-1.2.10-16.i386.rpm and stored it in the dir /home/wangzeke/.
#rpm -ivh xmms-mp3-1.2.10-16.i386.rpm.
preparing ############### [100%]
1:xmms-mp3 ############### [100%]
my problem is that when i play the song(*.mp3),the player did only have sound one second,and then it stopped,no sound.In this situation,if i click any key,it is dying(I could not kill it, while i can use the other.)

Try this; open a shell and type

xmms

Then play one song. If there are any errors appear in the shell, post them here.

Does xmms crash when you play all the songs at once using "xmms *.mp3" ?

Tell us more.
