My first question

┌─[root@parrot]─[~]
└──╼ #apt-get install libcurl-dev

Package libcurl-dev is a virtual package provided by:
libcurl4-openssl-dev 7.38.0-4+deb8u2
libcurl4-nss-dev 7.38.0-4+deb8u2
libcurl4-gnutls-dev 7.38.0-4+deb8u2
You should explicitly select one to install.

Have you tried following the instructions to select one of the three in the list and install it?
