Multiple Web hosting

Any genius will help.........

I have installed RH7.3 on my machine, then i made a dir for webhosting.
/var/www/html/site1 , when i view the the site http://192.168.0.1/site1 it doesnt exist. But if put http://192.168.0.1/site1/index.html it works well. how can configure it for multiple webhosting in just one ip address.

not really anything anythign to do with multiple sites.. that's just a directory. But if this is up as a subdomain then i'd guess that you've just not set up the DirectoryIndex correctly

Maybe a combo of that and:
UseCanonicalName On
Not being on?

For DirectoryIndex you should have at least:
<IfModule mod_dir.c>
DirectoryIndex index.html
</IfModule>

And in the modules section:
AddModule mod_autoindex.c
and
AddModule mod_dir.c
