Ha the really really easiest way is to get a mandrake boxed set. They have the speedtouch driver installed and ready to go, you just follow the instructions in the make new connection of the mandrake control centre (and yes I always get the boxed set discs from mandrake, I did use a download version when I first started at version #8.2, but since version #9.0, I stuck with the boxed set disc's - usually the powerpack version, that way I save lot's of stress).
Sorry, because I can't do anything remotely, I've just had a search for "speedtouch" and check out some of the results to see which one looks anything like the one that I used when I had one (the older turquoise cow shit shaped one).

this thread the post from "Waffel" toward the bottom of the first page is pretty similar to what I had to do, but read the thread all the way through, as there's a few ideas there including the sourceforge guide (linked).
