Smile Looking for a picture list...

Hi all,
Google is getting to my nerves
Today, I started a google search on a tablet and now I have to go tru the "fine print" on how they own my stuff and that they can "ass" me anytime, while I only need google for the images...
Any site that has images I'm LEGALLY allowed to use in a private sphere is welcome...so...
Here's what I came up with instead of g**gle: Flickr, enter a search word, browse the pictures and download...hit the download icon (right-hand lower corner)
Why this post? REVENGE!!!! Muuuhaha...
Okay, I needed a picture of a wolf. Google kept nagging, so I finally found Flickr. More pics, and friendlier...
So, you might say...google got to my hormones...
Thanks for reading, I feel better now
Kisses
Melissa

as i recall Flicker has the uploader give up some of their Copyrights in order to use the service
just like Facebook and the rest -- READ the EULA

most of the images that pop up for me when doing a reverse image search is from "pintrest"

I'm guessing you meant "ask."

Here's one that is released under Creative Commons CC0, perhaps you can find others there, too.

Regards...

i still don't see how google nags you (that is, google itself, not the site providing the pic).
if you need the pic for your personal purposes, just use it.
if you need to publish it, you should look for stuff that has been released by its maker (if you don't want to pay or something similar).
creative commons is good.
i sometimes search "stock" on deviantart, so "stock wolf" gives me this. (actually, "stock" is something slightly different, but on dA it usually says "free to use" or "free for non-commercial use")

It only happens on a tablet PC, and I suspect that the screen resolution is the giveaway here...
Quote:
HOW ?
There is a huge screen covering inline floater that blocks google completely and on it, google demands I read and agree to the terms of use...
But, on the other note, I posted this as a means to vent a small victory...I hope the post does not get dragged all over the place in a heated debate
I used the example of a wolf (Found one, gorgeous, is my desktop of the tablet now, the tablet is called "Howlofthewolf")...
I noticed a lot of different things too, like Clementine refusing to play music, or rarther, not getting any streams because the streaming service things it's a device and wants to stream through (yet an other) app...if you have the memory to install an OTHER app
Here in belgium, every radio station has its own app to stream music on your phone/tablet, and to react to games and polls...so you quickly end up with memory shortage as switching radio means ... switching app
The main frustration is the tablet as it's increasingly harder to install anything on it that runs instead of crawling...and it is non-PAE...
I'm afraid a replacement is in order...

In the privacy of your biotope anything goes
Hoping not to have upset anyone...and, on the bright side...my hormones have settled...for now
