Linux not responding?

Hi ,

Since i got linux (red hat 9.0) i got lots of errors , and now when i got my boot account to work i thought it would be all over but it seems that my update agent isnt responding when i run it , it seems to crash...

i installed amsn which worked and now its available in the start menu in Internet group but whenever i click to open it it seems it does nothing ...

whats wrong?

start it from the terminal and see (if any) what kinds of errors you get and post them?
