Smile Linux booting problem


Hello,
i want to install ubuntu10.04 using pendrive because my
system doesnt have cd-rom.
i had ubuntu9.10 which i upgraded to ubuntu10.04 using upgrade manager
2 days ago but from that time whenever i switch on pc and select ubuntu to boot it boots and comes to screen wich doesnt have any button or option to click on but looks like desktop so i am unable to do anything.i tried recovery mode but situation remains same..so i am trying to install ubuntu10.04 again using pendrive but when i boot through USB it shows me following:
syslinux 3.63 debian 2008-7-15 EBIOS copyright(c) 1994-2008 H. peter Anvin
boot:



anyone please help me out and give me any goodway to make my pc work....please

Hi

I tried to install ubuntu using pen drive i got some error while installing so don't proceed with usb pen drive.
