Licq configure problem


I downloaded licq and i run the ./configure command but at the end of configuration there become an error like this

Code:
checking for vector.h... no
configure: error: You need to have the libstdc++ headers installed
what should i do?

install libstdc++ from your install CD's

Search your install cd's. Not quite sure where it'd be as I've never used FC.
You should have a software application, that should have some kind of query feature.

how can i search a file that inside of a cd(dvd) in linux?
And do i have to search the name libstdc++ for installing this
