libgcrypt.so.11 - Permission Denied FC 5

All,

Hope you can help, having a few prolems with FC5 running on a thinkpad laptop.

Fresh install of FC, my first run in with the distro, and all seemed well. I updated the install with yum as soon as possible. Its now running kernel 2.6.16.

I configured samba and enable network manager to start on boot, as im a bit of a wifi ranger, but now neither will start. The system gives a failed message of:

Libgcrypt.so.11: unable to execute stack as requested: permisson denied

At least i think thats what the message is as it comes up for a second at boot time!

The message is given for both smb and network manager.

any ideas?

Wanted to try and remove/reinstall libgcrypt via yum but it states that it is a dependent for around 100 other packages, none of the others seem affected.

Regards

Psyc

Is this to do with selinux? Try setting the selinux policy to permissive in /etc/selinux/config
Code:
sed -i.bak 's,\(SELINUX=\).*,\1permissive,' /etc/selinux/config
