Konsole ssh command dies when issued in profile

I need to set up a secure tunnel to open an RDC connection to a remote computer. The following works perfectly:
I open a Konsole shell then enter
ssh myusername@ssh.server -L 127.0.0.2:3389:remote.hostname:3389
I enter my password and the shell stays connected to the server.

Since it is no fun to type the full command every time, I created a Konsole profile and I entered the above command in the Command field. I opened the profile shell and it connects to the ssh server and gives me the password prompt, but as soon as I enter the password and login, the session terminates. Apparently Konsole issues a logout command immediately after the first completes.
What do I need to do to keep the session alive?

Thank you

You might want to try the
Code:
wait
command. Check the bash help for the exact usage.
cheers,
