Keyboard not working on KDE

all of a sudden my keys stopped working on kde but when i tried other interfaces (command line, gnome, fvwm, blackbox) the keys work

Do they work when you hold them down for a long time?

If so, check this thread Sluggish keyboard response

laptop
suse 9.3
kde 3.4.2 level "a"

awesome thanks for the help i disabled slow keyboard thingy it's working fine now

Another case of KDE going beserk. I wonder if that has been reported as a bug yet?
