Some how I messed up my KDE. When I Minimize apps., they disappear and, they are not listed in the Title Bar. They are still runing in the background and I can't get to them!! Please help! ! I know I did something dumb.
To get back a hidden minimized application, just hit Alt+Tab. That will usually get it back. To get it to show on the panel, go into Configure Panel in the KDE menu system. You can mess with what settings you want it to perform when you minimize an application.(i.e. show in only one desktop view, show in all desktop views, hide...)
The ALT+TAB trick works great. I am so new to Linus and KDE I did not know there was a Help Menu under KDE configure. What had really desappeared was the Taskbar. I found by clicking on the double vertical line make the all reapear.
Yea, it was really simply. Just right click on the page and if the menu bar is not there, then there would be an option to bring on the menu bar. Now I am wondering how to get rid of the menu bar....
