I have currently defined: the theme, icons and fonts, for the jwm window manager (".gtkrc-2.0"/.config-gtk-3.0-"settings.ini")... however, I can’t find the way to change the color scheme for the windows. The border looks blue just like the selector on the menu, it seems to be the default tone of "Adwaita".
SOMEONE COULD HELP ME WITH THAT!

Yes, what happens is that the theme as such does not exist in "/usr/share/themes"... so? The same thing happens with the high contrast theme in Gnome now, it looks blue, is no longer black, how to vary that?
1. don't edit files in system directories like /usr/share unless you really have to (and you don't have to for this).
2. JWM theming is independent of GTK etc., afair there's a single file in $HOME/.jwmrc or maybe $HOME/.jwm/ or maybe $HOME/.config/jwm ...
