Internet Users not on LAN can not access Web Applications

My Problem is , Internet Users not on LAN can not access Web Applications
With the cmd WRKACTJOB I see the HTTP server ADMIN running.

I can access the system at 192.168.1.107 from the LAN but anyone on the Internet
can't. That is the problem.

I looked at WRKSPLF QTMHHTTP and the job log shows:

^ this isnt exactly cookie-cutter (seems very site specific). can you please let us know what distribution of linux you are running (i am assuming red-hat/ novell since this is corporate... if you purchased, doesnt that come with on-site support ?)

without the specifics i will take a stab in the dark. it seems like a port forwarding issue on your router. like if i am at work and i want to access my evolution calender on my fedora-pc at home, i would have to set-up a rule on my personal home netgear router to forward port 3389 so i can use the xrdp client on my cell-fone.

also, you are gonna' get spammed to hell if you dont remove your email address/ ip address.

edit: i scanned thru the blob above (use code tags next time). since it makes references to jobs and it is an ibm iseries it seems like you are running mainframe-mvs)
