Question IBM iSeries Client Access


Hi everybody, i'm going crazy trying to install the iSeries Access...
i have debian system, i need to connect to as/400...
i installed the iSeriesClient Access to connect to as400, it need open motif so i downloaded and installed it.... now the problem... when i run the command to execute it i see that:

root@pco06:~# cd /opt/ibm/iSeriesAccess/bin
root@pco06:/opt/ibm/iSeriesAccess/bin# ibm5250
ibm5250: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
root@pco06:/opt/ibm/iSeriesAccess/bin#

but i have this library on /usr/X11R6/lib, why doesn't it work?

Please help me...
