Is there any way to change the Language settings?

I was just wondering weather there was a way to change the Language settings and support.

Yes. The method depends whether you'd like to change the language in KDE/GNOME or in the console. In the console it's easy, just type
export LANGUAGE=code
where code is langauge code ('en' for English).

In KDE you need to run kcontrol -> Accessibility ->Country and language. Remember that you need to have the right language package in the system.
