ipac-ng needs dependency apache.

hi,
I am using RHEL5.When i am trying to install ipac-ng rpm it is asking for dependency.

Code:

$ sudo yum install ipac-ng
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Loading "rhnplugin" plugin
This system is not registered with RHN.
RHN support will be disabled.
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Parsing package install arguments
Resolving Dependencies
--> Populating transaction set with selected packages. Please wait.
---> Package ipac-ng.i386 0:1.31-1.el5.rf set to be updated
--> Running transaction check
--> Processing Dependency: apache for package: ipac-ng
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: apache is needed by package ipac-ng

Which rpm should i install i am not understanding.When i went to rpm.pbone.net and clicked on dependencies of apache in turn it is showing many packages. Now what should i install. Please can any body guide me.
