Installing and Configuring CGI for CentOS/Apache

Hello,
I am trying to install and configure Fast CGI for Apache/CentOS 6 and I can't get it to work...

I followed the instructions located here:
http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/rhel-c...iguration.html

I can't get past the:
"Finally, modify documentroot directory permission as follows. You need to use AddHandler and Action directives for mod_fastcgi:"

Because it won't let me restart apache because of an error on the Action.

Please Help?!

Thanks,
Lisa

On the tutorial you followed under the heading of How do I configure PHP as FastCGI process under RHEL / CentOS Linux?

They expalin how to add those. Make sure you did not skip this step.

With selinux make sure you label the files with the correct contexts and adjust required booleans. If i remember correctly cgi is not allowed by default under selinux

Try this command as root:

Code:
/etc/init.d/httpd configtest
Then tell us what that command's reply is.
