If I understand you correctly, you don't have a cd drive and you want to install from one hdd to another.

You should be able to use unetbootin to move the iso to the hdd and make it bootable. It was written with usb sticks in mind, but it should work the same way with an ide or sata drive. This can be done with a few easy steps without this program, but it's definitely easier this way:
