Exclamation Install and Uninstall program on Fedora


I dont knows who install or unistall programs at fedora Core?
And How I can add programs to my stat bar? I was a windows user and I dont knows what is the equivalen in linux for windows program files directory?

finally I searchins a good basic fedora tutorial, if you knows about one, please tell me the URL.

Sorry if my english is dificult to undestand, but Im spanish speakear and Im starting wiht english.
