Guadalinex is a version of Ubuntu promoted by the government of Andalusia (Spain). Thus, the helpful pages are all in spanish.

How are you trying to use it - eg. are you booting from the CD or did you install it?

Have you read the FAQ:

If you have installed it, you should have set an account when you installed. Is it asking for the login at the live CD stage?

Then your burn may not be good. A live CD should not need a login. Did you check the md5sum of your download and have you tried reburning at a slower speed?

And if they do, the default username and password, and root password, are usually mentioned on the distro's website.

Which is why I asked if OP had read the FAQ.
There is also supposed to be a manual on the CD.

My Spanish is not up to it, but from what I can understand there are use and install instructions on the distro website as well as the faq. There does not appear to be mention of user-names or passwords before the install stage, and there are several sections telling you how to use the live disk which is where I'd expect to see such mention. Nada.

I'd say the CD is broken.
This distro (and any) should be tested with a stable release (v6 for Guadalinex) unless the tester intends to contribute to troubleshooting.
