All reinserting RAM and HD is done but issue still persists. Its working some time after rebooting. Any idea why its happening or need to change the SMPS of the system?
No idea, since you don't say which version/distro of Linux you're using, what's running on the server, how many users, the environment where the server is located, etc.
Check the log files, and provide details, and we might be able to help.
