You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Why do you want to replace "httpd-2.4.6-90.el7" (the CentOS 7.x version of Apache httpd)
by the older "httpd 2.2.15-69.el6", which is the CentOS 6 version of the same package?
Note the .el? designations in the package names.
In fact you must downgrade a lot of your system from CentOS 7.x to CentOS 6.x, just to adjust to the versions of requirements that that version of httpd would need.
Because it will not end with the packages it tried to install for it, you will need the older php, etc. packages too.
If you really need THAT version, install CentOS 6.11 on your system instead of CentOS 7.7
