How to get sound in zorin vm?

I don't have any sound in zorin vm.
I tried alsamixer in terminal, nothing is muted [00]

F6 gives me:
default
0 Intel 82801AB (ICH0)
enter device name

Which one should I pick from above choices?

F2 gives me:
proc/sound/version
proc/sound/cards
proc/sound/devicess
proc/sound/timers
proc/sound/pcm

Try all of them. Muted shows up as MM. 0% gain looks like 00.

Using alsamixer in terminal

I have used the up arrow button to increase a number of them to 100<>100. The following have a multi-colored vertical graph bar (red white green):
Master Master M PCM Surround Center LFE LIne Line Line-Sac CD MIC Video Beep Aux

Master has 00 yet Master M has MM at the bottom, what does that 00 and MM mean? Both have graph bar at 100.

They were a few others not in the above list that were not responding to the up arrow to increase the graph bar, they didn't have a graph bar to increase.

it also depends on the configuration of VirtualBox. You ought to check the documentation.
