How to connect Mint Maya with Fios wireless

This is new and overwhelming. I come from Windows and have not done anything in the terminal yet. The wired connection works fine.

Mint asks for:
ssid = ?
bssid =
device mac address =
cloned mac address =
mtu =

On the Verizon MI424WR box itself are these other names and numbers:
essid 23sr8
wep key ##########
wps pin &&&&&&&&
wan mac %%%%%%%%%%%%

Anyone know which codes belong in which Mint fields?
Thanks,
Susan

Smile wireless and fios

The solution was to re install my Mint with the ethernet unplugged from the computer. This somehow woke up the wireless ability in Mint and the little signal strenghth bars showed up on the bottom right. If I right click those bars I can enable or not enable the wireless. FIOS rep told me the SSID and Wep key were all I needed in the internet configuring dialog box. The Wep key went into the security tab. Also, the IP router utility accepted admin as user and one key stroke as password, but I really didn't even need to go there because I already had the required numbers from the label on the bottom of the router. I consider this issue resolved.
