I had some problems setting up that printer because you need to pass these parameters to gs:
-sIjsServer=hpijs -dIjsUseOutputFD -sDeviceManufacturer="HEWLETT-PACKARD"
-sDeviceModel="deskjet 3320"

Yes, it's 3320 and it has to be lowercase.
