Question How to auto-fill user inputs when installing rpm package in linux?

I have a rpm package which during installation, it asks for user inputs. I want to auto-fill my inputs. I tried:
printf '2\n2\n' | rpm -ivh foo.rpm
But, it still asks for user input. Hope you guys can help me. Thanks!

You should just be able to queue up the responses. If you know you need to enter 2 twice, just do it right after you enter the rpm command:
Code:
rpm -ivh foo.rpm
2
2
The responses will be waiting when the process asks for them.
