How to add users in Slackware 9.1

A "man -k user | grep add" would have helped ;)

How do I add passwords to the user accounts?
How do I delete user accounts. " adduser -d [username] "?

[root@localhost scuzzy]# exit
exit
[scuzzy@localhost scuzzy]$

Breakdown:
Added sarah (useradd)
created password for sarah (passwd)
deleted sarah (userdel)
BTW: Sarah is my Fiance, and doesn't want to know how to use linux. And it's the first name that came to mind
