If i try to install a program with wine

that they always say this is a version for win98 an ndot win95

can i chang wine that he works with 98????

Wine makes no distinction, that I know of, between Win95 and Win98. What program are you trying to install? What error messages do you get when you try to install it?

most of the programs like real one player

whan it want to install:

windows 98 or higher is required

the error comes up in a dialog box

and when i'm trying to install office thir error message comes up:::

Well, RealPlayer is available for Linux. I'm not sure what the difference is between that and RealOne.

I'm not at all sure about the error you're getting with Office. I've heard it's pretty hard to get MS Office to work in Wine. There is Crossover Office which is designed to get MS Office running in Linux, but unless you desperately and specifically need Microsoft Office, I'd suggest using a Linux-native office suite like OpenOffice (which is almost completely compatible with MS Office), KOffice, etc.

It may also depend greatly on what version of Wine you are using. Do you have any idea what version it is? (type 'wine --version' in a terminal window to find out.) More recent versions are probably likely to work better.
