How do I start the ftp server on RedHat 7.1?

I installed the wu-ftpd server (with rpm -i wu-ftpd-2.6.1-16.i386.rpm) and the anonftp.
The ftp server does not start.
What should I do(please tell me step by step instruction for installing an anonymous ftp server).
P.S. I red the documentation, but it didn't helped me.
Thanks.

change

disable = yes

to

disable = no

in /etc/xinetd.d/wu-ftpd

then

/etc/init.d/xinetd restart

to get it running
