Question Help me pleas! About making E-mail address dictionary file using the crunch

I want to create the E-mail address dictionary file using the crunch.

For example, Their form is 'k * * * * 1@gmail.com', also I want to put in all numbers( 0 - 9 ) and

lowercase alphabets( a - z ) in the asterisk( * ).

I just know that making the regular and basic dictionary files, so I don't know how can make the

command line.

Help me please. I will wait for your wise reply.
