This is not an error, it is merely a warning message. BIOS upgrade may make it to go away. Is your server malfunctioning?

This warning comes from Linux kernel. If you turn ACPI off in kernel it may go away, but I wouldn't do it. ACPI is needed to manage power and temperatures of your hardware.

First off:

--What is your hardware situation? Spec?
--What is your kernel version?
--What is the bootloader --since it is something that can be hacked from the bootloader config.
--What distro is running?
--What was the situation before and ...
--What did you... post hoc propter hoc... the current issue?

If you give us the appropriate background information probably we can guide you beyond the path of pointless-guessworks.

Answer those questions first if you are in hurry.
