Help! Lost yum and package manager

I downloaded a package called Gpar from the package manager for a program and found out it wasnt what I thought and I didnt need it. I uninstalled it and all its dependancies, again through the package manager, and now I dont have a package manager or yumex. Can somebody please help me undo this terrible mistake?

if say fedora ??? -- well you DO NEED TO READ things

also if fedora 12 reinstalling is most likely the easiest

can you post the contents of your "yum log "
