help, big problem!!!


ok it was just today, i was annoyed kuz i had to edit manie html files, so on my debian system, i set it that open .html files in text editor, then when i use my webbrowser konquere, it opened those files in those format, when i set it to open .html files with konquerer, now it opens in a new window... help?

If you use KDE, in file associations make sure under "Embedding" "show file in embedded viewer" is checked, and KHTML is on the top of services preference order.

now this error shows,,

There appears to be a configuration error. You have associated Konqueror with text/html, but it can't handle this file type.

also when i post stuff in thie forum, a new window popups & opens in text editor thing..
